How
to disable all workflow related email notifications except for the
ones sent from Oracle Alerts?
A
new mailer needs to be created in order to send the Oracle Alerts
notifications only.
Steps to create a new mailer only for oracle alert notifications:
1. Workflow Administrator Web Applications Responsibility
2. Workflow Manager menu option 3. Click on Notification Mailers ICON 4. Click on Create button (right hand side). 5. Select the "Workflow Mailer" 6. Click on Continue button 7. Enter the Name such as ALERT_MLR and enter the rest of the values in that page. 8. Click on Advanced button 9. Enter the Correlation id = ALR% Important note: For ATG rup4, the correlation id should be ALR For ATG rup5 or higher, the correlation id should be ALR% 10. Click on finish. |
